In order to apply, you will need:

• to be sponsored by two Full Members, one of whom you have worked with in a public hospital as a full-time consultant.
• your Certificate of Completion of Training
• your IMC number
• your CV

The subscription rate for this membership category is Currently €200.00 per annum.
