All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the online submission portal. Submissions by email, mail or fax are not accepted.

Title and authors

• Title: sentence case, with a capital only on the first word and proper nouns. No all caps and no bold.
• Authors: full names (first name, last name) and affiliations (department, institution, city, country) for every author.
• Presenting author: name one author, who must be ready to attend the meeting and present if the abstract is accepted.

Word count and structure

• Limit: 300 words, not counting the title, authors, affiliations and funding sources.
• Structure: Background / Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion. Statements such as "data will be discussed" are not acceptable.
• Case reports: Introduction, Case Presentation, Management & Outcome, and Discussion / Conclusion.

When you submit, choose Oral Presentation Only, Poster Presentation Only, or Either. The Scientific Committee makes the final decision.

• The Scientific Review Committee reviews every abstract for scientific merit, originality, methodology and relevance.
• The contact author is told by email whether the abstract is accepted.
• The presenting author of an accepted abstract must register and pay by 2 April 2027 for the abstract to be included in the official programme and proceedings.
